LRB5000 Long-range Laser Distance Meter

Long-distance laser rangefinders feature fast measurement, automatic focusing, distance measuring capabilities, accurate average value calculation, and powerful data storage functions. With optional azimuth and pitch angle functions, it has wide applications, is compact and easy to carry, and simple to operate. It is widely used in industries and fields such as river channels, waterways, markers, telecommunications, cables, geological surveys, meteorology, airports, and forests.

Optional configuration: with azimuth and pitch angle functions, displays the horizontal distance, vertical distance and pitch angle of the target. The pitch angle display range is ±45°; for azimuth, it is displayed within 360°, with true north shown as N000.0°, increasing eastward up to N359.9°;

IV. Setup and Usage

If you need to stably and reliably measure long-distance targets, you can fix it on a camera stand through the 1/4 screw hole on the connection plate at the bottom of the instrument, or connect it to various theodolites through the dovetail groove of the connection plate via a special adapter mechanism, and perform remote distance measurement operations through an external trigger cable.

V. Battery

① This instrument uses a 11.1V, 1000mAh lithium battery. ② Please charge or replace the dedicated battery in time when the instrument displays low battery. ③ To prevent injury or fire, do not allow metal objects to contact the battery electrodes.

④ Please keep the battery dry. ⑤ Do not throw the battery into fire (risk of explosion if thrown into fire). ⑥ It is recommended to use the supporting dedicated charger to charge the battery pack. Using a low-quality charger may damage the battery pack.

⑦ Please keep the ambient temperature between 0℃ and 40℃ when charging the battery, with relative humidity ≤80%. Improper operating environment may damage battery performance. (Note: When not in use for a long time, store the dedicated battery pack in the packaging box, not inside the rangefinder.)

VI. Charger Usage

Insert the power output plug into the instrument socket, then insert the power plug into the AC 100~240V power supply to charge the lithium battery in the rangefinder.

VII. Maintenance

① Regularly check the instrument appearance and promptly remove dust, dirt, grease, mildew and other contaminants from the surface. ② When cleaning the eyepiece, objective lens or laser emission window, use a soft dry cloth. It is strictly forbidden to scratch with hard objects to avoid damaging the optical performance.

③ This machine is an integrated optomechatronic high-precision instrument, handle with care during use, and strictly prohibit squeezing or dropping from a height to avoid damaging the instrument.
